NMS Going Strong
For 2020
The year 2019 was quite a major phase for
us at New Media Services (NMS). With the
knowledge that innovation and client-focus
is what will bring more business for years to
come, We have been working closely with our
ever-expanding family of leaders, staff and
associates.
This close relationship is the fuel that
pushed 2019 towards success with quite a lot
of ideas, and our fair share of trial-and-error –
which is always part of growth.
More Services
A question arose early this year: “What else
can we offer?”
With a pool of talent in virtually every field, so, NMS as a Flexible Outsourcing provider
the question was quite difficult to answer. NMS
already offers multiple services in IM Chat,
SMS, Email and Moderation, not to mention
Customer Support Services. What else would
help with the growth of NMS if talent was not
an issue?
It dawned on us that the answer
was staring us right in
the face – we offer
“Flexible Services”.
So we started
strategizing, outlining,
assessing ideas and
even worked on
marketing through
various conferences,
events and campaigns.
We began our assessment and the
results were quite good. We expanded our
communication services to many languages –
Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese
to name a few. We had people with a talent for
writing and research so we started offering
Content Services for many general and
niche contents. This talent for writing plus
communication allowed us to do Social Media
Services combining post/content creation with
replies to comments and reviews.
Social Media helped us realize that we
could do Video Productions specifically made
for clients and businesses who wanted more
exposure or who planned to run online media
campaigns. The possibilities were open for us
to keep offering based on client demands and
has been our main focus since then.
2020 – Perfect Vision
The company has a great vision for the
weeks and years to come. In fact, we have just
finished our official operations headquarters
with 100% staff migration
by 2020. Featuring
state-of-
the-art
lighting, a Café and a Chef for meals, a Board
Room complete with AI technology, a Game
Room for entertainment and an outdoor area
for Events; all of these housed in a building with
a design that is unmistakably NMS, surrounded
with a view that allows for calm sunsets and
bright, windy days - A way of saying thank you
to our workforce as well as making a statement
to all our clients that we aim to keep providing
services that are client-relevant.
With all of the plans for 2020, we also
have not forgotten our Corporate Social
Responsibility. NMS-Cares, the non-profit
organization established to help in the
education, support and assistance of deaf
children and their families, is still going strong!
The Month of May in this coming year will
once again be another major event for NMS-
Cares with the Deaf Festival 2020, an event
that started 2015 to showcase and honor our
brothers and sisters in the deaf or hard-of-
hearing community.
