Your Site          is essential. The primary purpose of a media
                   kit is to get your company featured in a major
                   publication. When you do that, you bring
                   significant exposure to what you have to offer,
                   and you establish trust and credibility to your
                   brand.

                   What is a Media Kit?

                        A press kit, otherwise known as a media kit,
                   is a page on your site that contains information
                   about your product or service. It includes
                   marketing materials such as content, photos,
                   social media information, etc. that are easily
                   laid out for the press to access or for anyone to
                   access who wants to learn about your brand.
                   It’s information that you can refer people to
                   when you’re promoting. The information should
                   inform the press and others as well as answer
                   any relevant questions they may have. A media
                   kit cannot guarantee attention for your brand,
                   but the better your press kit is, the better your
                   chances of getting the attention you seek.
                   Here is some information you should include:

                   Who Are You?

                        You should include a who are you or
                   “About” section. It should consist of all of
                   the essentials about your business, avoiding
                   anything trivial. Therefore, you should ensure
                   that the information is informative but also
                   concise. Information such as the origins of your
                   business, how it was formed, what the focus is
                   of your business, what you have to offer, why
                   you’re offering it, etc., should be included.

                   Company Facts

                        Include facts about your company under
                   “Company Facts.” Put the information in list
                   format. Your company facts section should
                   include things like how long you’ve been in
                   business, how many customers you have, how
                   many products or services you’ve sold, where
                   your business is located, etc.

                   Include Images and Videos

                        In your media kit, be sure to include high-
                   resolution images of an appropriate size.
                   These images should consist of your logo
                   and your product or services. Include videos
