WordPress WordPress is one of the most popular blog
Blog hosts on the internet, but some people worry
that WordPress blogs aren’t always inherently

Whether this is true or not, there are certain
things you can do as a WordPress blog user
to help secure your WordPress Blog.

                   Secure Your Login Page

The first thing that you should be
concerned with is securing your login page.
WordPress has a standard login page URL.
All you have to do to access your WordPress
login page is add /wp-login.php or /wp-
admin/ to the end of your WordPress blog’s
URL. Hackers know this too, so this is an easy
way for them to force themselves into your
website. Fortunately, you can help prevent
this from happening by customizing your
                   WordPress’ login page.

                   Set Up a Lockdown Feature

Basically, a lockdown feature will make it
so that when there are too many failed login
attempts, your login page will shut down.
This will keep the unauthorized people from
keeping to attempt to log into your website.
It can help stop them from forcefully pushing
their way into it. Your lockdown feature will
also make it so that you’ll be notified when
there’s been an attempted breach in security.

                   Implement 2-Factor Authentication

You might have noticed how several
websites offer this now. Your email probably
offers you the option of setting up 2-factor
authentication. This is because it doubles the
security of your login. In order for someone to
sign int your WordPress blog, he or she will
need not only our password, but they’ll have
to pass the second phase of the login too.
Making it so that you have to provide details
for two different components helps ferret out
                   those unauthorized logins. Maybe someone
knows one of your passwords but not the
other. A 2-factor authentication could consist
of a password followed by a set of characters,
a secret code or even a Google Authenticator
app that sends a secret code to your cell
phone. This is by far the most popular method
since it makes it so that only the person with
