We this new reach, it also opens up doors

hire and the hiring company, the gratitude and
thanks for the recruiter are muted by industry
peers. Not knowing how the new hire landed
that perfect job, yes, most likely, it was recruiter
behind the curtain!

On the Bright side of things, Eddie
mentioned, “You get that great feeling of
assisting someone in finding their dream job,
or someone getting that promotion they never
got in their current position, and maybe helping
someone out of a predicament of not having a
job, is worth more awards that you can fit on
shelf, and that’s what gets me up in the morning
to do it all over again!”
Recruiters are also the gatekeepers of
confidential information. We are confided
in a lot, like a patient speaking to his doctor.
We hold this information with the strictest
of confidentiality. The information that is
shared is normally used for finding the right
candidates for their organization, and also
for the candidate, knowing what type of
companies to approach, working conditions
they are looking for, and normally salaries they
are requesting. “Through the years I have held
highly confidential information given to me from
hiring companies and candidates. I guess like a
doctor or an attorney, you take an oath but to
yourself. That information that is shared is, and
always will remain, confidential!” Eddie stated.

he may never see, but knowing he’s helped
someone succeed in their career is award
enough for him! “I also always feel real
satisfaction when I hear back from employers
as well, telling me how the person I placed has
been such a perfect match for their company.”
