The XBIZ Exec Awards honor exceptional career achievements in the adult entertainment industry, celebrating creativity, leadership, and dedication. Sara’s nomination is a testament to her more than 20 years of work with the platform. Sara, who began creating fetish content in 1997, joined C4S as a content creator in 2003, and joined the C4S team in 2008.
