Attorney Jeffrey Douglas is this Week’s Guest on Adult Site Broker Talk, in part two of our interview.
Jeffrey J. Douglas is a leading attorney in the adult industry, focusing on criminal defense in state and Federal courts. Since 1982, he has provided legal advice to all segments of the adult industry, including creators, manufacturers, distributors, and direct consumer sales. His clients include many of the most prominent manufacturers, distributors, and resellers of sexually explicit products and services, as well as hundreds of internet companies.
He serves as Chair of the Free Speech Coalition’s Board of Directors, the trade association for the adult industry. Mr. Douglas is also Chairman Emeritus of the First Amendment Lawyers Association and a former Director of the ACLU Foundation of Southern California.
As a nationally recognized spokesperson for the adult industry and an expert witness, Mr. Douglas regularly appears in the media, has testified before Congress, and authored numerous articles. He has successfully defended clients in state and Federal obscenity cases and is a leading authority on 18 U.S.C. 2257.
