LOS ANGELES (Jan. 10, 2024) — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) announces its return to Las Vegas for the 2024 InterNext Expo.
InterNext Expo enters its 27th year as the leading B2B tech conference for the online adult entertainment industry. The internationally renowned event features two full days of networking opportunities, seminars, workshops, and parties with the most influential figures in the community. It will take place January 25-27 at Resorts World Las Vegas.
ASACP’s Executive Director, Tim Henning, will attend to represent the association and meet with digital media companies, the growing number of content creators, and other stakeholders.
“InterNext Expo provides ASACP with an unmatched opportunity to educate businesses and individuals at every level, from the most established operators to the newest companies,” Henning explained. “As the market continues to evolve, attracting a new generation of creators, the association must reach out to these entrepreneurs to offer our services, such as ASACP’s newest membership level that caters to the unique needs of content creators.”
The events’ promoters will provide ASACP with a table at the Meet Market and sponsor-level banner placement. In addition, they will provide complimentary admission to the expo for Henning.
“It’s important for the industry to stand together on important issues, such as preventing children from seeing age-restricted materials online,” an event rep stated. “By helping ASACP have a presence at our events, we make it easier for the association to reach the decision-makers that can best influence children’s online safety.”
“We hope that all InterNext attendees will take a moment to meet with Tim and learn how they can help,” the rep added.
ASACP’s Exclusive Travel Sponsor, DialXS, is underwriting Henning’s attendance at the event to help enable his meetings with other industry leaders.
“InterNext has long provided valuable assistance to the association, for which we are grateful,” Henning concluded. “Without the generous financial and material support that our sponsors provide us, including DialXS’ travel expense assistance, we could not reach the necessary decision-makers or achieve ASACP’s ongoing record of success.”
These successes include free child protection resources, such as market-specific Best Practices and a comprehensive Code of Ethics for age-restricted content publishers and promoters, plus the RTA (Restricted To Adults) meta-label system and CP Reporting Tipline, which has processed more than 1.25 million tips to date.
“ASACP provides tools needed to keep minors away from age-restricted content,” Henning concluded. “Events such as InterNext Expo help us put these tools into the hands of those who need them and where they will do the most good.”
